AutoSwitch Manager for NiceHash is a program that runs in the background on a PC and is responsible for switching FlightSheet to the most profitable NiceHash algorithm at the moment. The presented tool is a complete analog of the NiceHash client for Windows.

How to start working with AutoSwitch Manager for NiceHash

To start working with the AutoSwitch Manager for the NiceHash program, you need to create a Flight Sheet for each algorithm of interest. This only needs to be done once for each of your rigs. After that, you need to determine the hashrate for each rig for all algorithms (if you currently do not know how many hashes the installation produces on various algorithms). The obtained data must be written in the program configuration. This must be done on each machine where auto-switching is installed.

Detailed instructions for working with the program are as follows:

  • Install the auto-switch. You need to specify the following command in the rig console: curl https://raw.githubusercontent.com/lexandr0s/autoswitch/master/as-setup.sh | bash. After the installation script has finished its work, all the necessary components will be loaded onto the rig and placed in their places.
  • Create a formalized Flight Sheet. For each NiceHash algorithm that you will mine, you need to create a Flight Sheet. To do this, select “nice” during the installation of coins, after which the pre-installed NiceHash coins (algorithms) will appear. Next, you need to create a wallet. Please note that for the correct operation of auto-switching, the Flight Sheet name must be written according to a clear template: Auto-switching Algorithm_name.
  • Configuring auto-switching. After the installation script has finished working, an auto-switching file will be added to the standard HiveOS configuration directory. After that, you need to change the conditions for each installation for which the auto-switch will work.

After all the settings have been made, you can launch the AutoSwitch Manager for the NiceHash program for the first time and start working with it. To do this, after configuration and preparation, the program must receive all the new data set by the user. Then it will check their correctness and generate internal settings. To do this, you need to enter the command: autoswitch config. The console will display the results of the work. If there were any errors in the settings, then auto-switching will stop working and a corresponding notification will appear.
